Pro Bono Services

Cross & Simon attorneys are committed to serving the community and those who cannot afford legal services, and often provide pro bono legal services directly to clients who cannot afford representation, or accept appointment by the Court. Our attorneys have accepted appointments by the Delaware Superior Court to represent United States military service members whose homes are subject to mortgage foreclosure proceedings, and appointments to serve as guardians ad litem representing children in the Delaware Family Court. Recently, Cross & Simon joined with Baker & Hostetler LLP as co-counsel in a United States District Court civil rights case to close a Sussex County school, which the plaintiffs contend violate their statutory and Constitutional rights. more
